How Long Have You Been a Clown?
I have always been a clown ... hehehe ... but began performing as PJ in 1996. My dream as a kid, like most I’m sure, was (and still is) to run away and join the circus.
What Training Have You Had?
- Church clown troop in 1996; gained basic skills and sparked interest to go further
- Graduate of Central Florida World Clown Alley No. 158 clown school in 1997
- Numerous continuing education classes, seminars, and workshops
- Balloon Art and Face Painting
- Magic (secular and gospel)
- Character Development
- Improv and Skit Development
- Physical Comedy
- Paradability
- Instructor and guest speaker at local clown schools
Do you have any Awards or Honors?
- Red Nose award for top clown in clown school
- Award winning skits and balloon competition at Southeast Clown Association (SECA) conventions
- Past President and Clown Master of local clown alley; Central Florida World Clowns, Alley 158
- Recognition by YMCA, United Way, American Cancer Society and others for volunteer work
